Shipping policy

Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change. The delivery times and costs displayed in the shopping bag at the time of your order will reflect your shipping charges, and when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day. This information will also appear in your order confirmation email.

FREE Shipping in the USA and Canada

Eligible customers must select the "Free Shipping" option during the check-out to activate the free shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "deliver-to" address anywhere in Canada and the US. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Not valid on international shipments.

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via Free Shipping delivery typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote locations.

EXPEDITED PARCEL 4-5 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING (STANDARD)

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via the 4-5 business day delivery option typically arrive in four (4) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for shipments to remote locations.

XPRESSPOST SHIPPING AND HANDLING (TWO DAY)

Orders placed with 2 business day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with 2 business day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

2 business day delivery to rural routes and remote locations may take up to seven (7) business days.

PRIORITY SHIPPING AND HANDLING (NEXT DAY)

Orders placed with 1 business day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with 1 business day delivery Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

One (1) business day delivery to rural routes and remote locations may take 2 to 3 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Shipments are via Canada Post and UPS.

SHIPMENTS TO USA

At this time, we are shipping Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). The buyer is responsible for the customs and clearance costs to accept orders. If refused by the buyer, we are not responsible to accept the returning order and we will not be processing refunds.

SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
